I have a specific skillset: efficiency, adaptability, and creativity under extreme pressure. This is where I thrive.

In the second week of November while I was already tucked into bed, I received a phone call that I was needed immediately. So, I got up, packed a backpack and a carryon, and 5 or so hours later, I went to the airport. When I arrived in Las Vegas, I got to work immediately. My task: administrative magic to help one of the best event companies in all of Las Vegas pull off the biggest event of the year, right before a major holiday. It was a blast!

I spent two weeks at a major events planning company called FNOM, working with the phenomenal boss and her super savvy second in command. They worked hand-in-hand with Red Bull, and the head of logistics, to pull off the incredible Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix.  I have never worked for either company before, but I have been put into unknown scenarios and handled it like a beast, which is what this trip was all about. 

I already have an attachment to Red Bull products (Hello, my beloved Peach Edition!), so the enthusiasm and loyalty were pretty solid before I even arrived. 

While I was there, I tackled anything from contacting and coordinating reps for various events, prepping materials for bar stations, errand running, material fabrication, site installation modifications, clerical work, and even transporting an extremely beautiful F1 Red Bull car between locations.  (I saw a DeLorean while there, also!)

Every single person I met was exceptional. I cannot praise them enough, both at FNOM and Red Bull. These two companies are trailblazers in professionalism, the high standards in which they conduct themselves, and how they care for all of their employees from top to bottom. Shout out to Jen, Michelle, Monica, and Emily. They were the best work family I could have hoped for while there.

I would be thrilled to work with either company again, should they ever call on me. It was good to be back in my hometown for a couple weeks, especially while history was made with the return of F1 to the Las Vegas Valley. 

FNOM is truly what they represent- a phenomenal company with the best leaders. Thank you for trusting me enough to be part of your team for such an incredible event. What an amazing race, and congratulations to the Red Bull team! You deserve all the success you have worked so hard to achieve. Your company is certainly a cut above the rest! I am a forever fan.
